Bill McCalpin, CEO and Founder of DealWare will present the results from AM&AA and DealWare's National Q1 M&A Survey. Bill will first give us a look back at 2021 deals and explore detailed data such as sale price, EBITDA, industry, buyer type, and more. Then, we'll discuss how the M&A marketplace is shaping up in 2022, covering active deals and granular data on deals in the current M&A pipeline. Jack and Bill will explore the outlook for M&A deals in 2022 and the factors predicted to impact dealflow the remainder of the year.
