You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email.
The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Monday, April 10, 2023 or until rooms sell out. After this date, the discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early.
You are allowed up to 2 guests per room. An additional charge of $10 per person per night will apply for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests.
At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
The hotel must receive cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room & tax.
Self-parking is complimentary. Overnight valet parking is $25.00 plus tax and daily valet parking is $15.00 plus tax.
