Erica Johnson-Seck is the Senior Vice President of Default Services for Mr. Cooper.
Over the span of her career, she has held various management positions with increasing responsibility within the default servicing space for both forward and reverse mortgages resulting in tenured knowledge of all facets of default servicing functions, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, investor and insurer claims, high risk commercial and residential asset management, loss mitigation, property preservation and REO. Before beginning her employment with Mr. Cooper, she served as the First Vice President of Default at Celink. Erica has a passion for process reengineering and efficiently building of business cycles. She has successfully developed and implemented mortgage default strategies, policies, and procedures to balance effective credit loss strategies as well as process reengineered countless workflows to enhance efficiencies.
Erica holds both an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Dallas and a Juris Doctorate from Taft Law School.
