Mark Atencio, EVP, Lyons McCloskey, has been in the mortgage industry 25+ years in servicing and origination. Prior to Lyons, he was with Ditech, 16 years, SVP of Servicing Risk and Business Control, KB Home, SVP Chief Credit Officer, Shea Mortgage, SVP Credit and Operations, and VP of Credit at BoA and PNC.
His passion for industry progress drew him to chair the MBA Loan Administration Committee and participate in many committees such as leading the Law Firm Oversight Standardization with 20+ servicers, 14 law firms, 3 auditors and 3 associations with results supported by the GSEs, OCC and CFPB.
