Traci Luckhaupt is the Vice President of Default Servicing at PHH/Ocwen. Her current role involves leading Default, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy for both forward and reverse mortgage portfolios. She has over 28 years of mortgage default servicing with several large banks and third-party servicers. In 2021 she was a finalist for the Women in Housing Outstanding Leadership Award. Traci has a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University and a master’s degree from Northern Kentucky University in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change.
