In 2022, Bill Kastin gave a practical presentation addressing (i) general tax issues that are particular to C corporations, S corporations, and partnerships, and (ii) select tax issues applicable to most M&A deals (such as tax representations, post-closing tax covenants, and indemnification provisions). Bill is back again!
