After building geographies and consulting practices for others, Celia started Dietrich Partners to fill what she perceived as a gap in the professional services world – essentially providing a different service experience to the market and creating an expectation for how services are delivered. Seven years later, Dietrich employs 30 plus consultants providing advisory services to help clients maximize the value of transactions, deliver key strategic programs and optimize overall performance (whether standing up, scaling up or preparing a company for exit).
