Lindsey Wendler serves as Managing Director at Dresner Partners, where she focuses on transactions in FinTech and Built Industries (infrastructure related products/services, construction services, building products, equipment manufacturing/leasing, engineering, logistics etc.) Additionally, Lindsey has experience in leading transactions across a diverse range of other industries and situations, including those with stressed and distressed companies. Lindsey primarily assists clients with sell-side M&A advisory, however she also leads buy-side M&A projects, restructuring advisory, refinancing, capital raising, and Chapter 11/363 sales.​
