His expertise spans various industries such as multi-channel healthcare retail, consumer products, chemical manufacturing, security services, aerospace, public accounting, and financial services. Graiff is the Partner in Charge of Armanino’s Transaction Advisory Practice and Private Equity Industry. He has also held several leadership roles at public corporations and privately held companies. Some of his accomplishments include serving as CEO of a portfolio company for a large private equity firm, where he successfully acquired 10 different businesses and led the company through a successful Section 363 Bankruptcy Sale. Graiff serves as an expert witness for cases involving transaction disputes and commercial damages. He also serves on various civic and charitable boards in his community.
