Kevin Carlie serves dual roles as the Chef Corporate Development Officer (M&A) of Simmons, Hanly, and Conroy—a personal injury firm—as well as the COO and co-investor of the Simmons Family Office. Previously, Carlie was the President of Stone Carlie, an integrated financial-services company consisting of three independent businesses that provide financial services to middle- and lower-market companies. He currently serves on the boards of a pharmaceutical company, a steel company, and a mining/refining company. Carlie is one of the 10 founding members of AM&AA and served as President for its first 10 years.
