Joel Strom brings more than four decades of executive business management and strategic consulting experience, helping his clients achieve substantive results. His experience ranges from mid‐sized entrepreneurial companies to Fortune 500 corporations, with functional roles as CEO, business owner, executive, strategic advisor, board member, growth consultant, manager, and engineer. After beginning his career working with large corporations, he purchased a small manufacturing company and transformed it from a job shop to an exciting, growth-oriented manufacturing company. Joel sold the company in 1982 and founded Joel Strom Associates.
