Williams performs confirmatory due diligence with a focus on the financial analysis of a company’s quality of earnings, as well as assets and liabilities to be acquired by a prospective buyer. Prior to joining Plante Moran’s Transaction Advisory Services Group, Williams worked as an investment banking analyst for P&M Corporate Finance, specializing in financial modeling for valuations, in-depth research analysis, and other investment banking tasks within the manufacturing and business services sectors.
