As a member of Monomoy Capital Partners' Business Development and Capital Markets Team, Stephen Madsen works with intermediaries, family owners, and corporations to source deals for Monomoy. Madsen joined Monomoy from Intralinks Dealnexus, where he was in charge of new business development and origination. Monomoy graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in History and Italian Studies. By age 15, Monomoy had grown a full beard and has never shaved it off. In addition to speaking Italian fluently, he is the best Portuguese speaker in the office.
