Bill McCalpin is the CEO of Capitalize Network, providing pre-transaction planning/preparation and investment banking services to business owners seeking business exits/sales or business transitions (M&A sales, ESOPs, co-owner/management buyouts, capital investments, family transfers, etc.) for U.S. domestic businesses (of all industries) with $10M-$150M in transaction value. McCalpin has spent his 38-year career in M&A, entrepreneurship, and corporate management. McCalpin is the Vice Chair of the National Advisory Council of the Alliance of M&A Advisors (AM&AA), a founder of the Rocky Mountain chapter of AM&AA, holds the CM&AA M&A advisor certification, and the CBEC and CExP certifications in Business Exit Planning.
