In her role as Director of Cannabis for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Holly Bell ensures Commissioner Nikki Fried's vision for cannabis in Florida continues moving forward. She oversees the creation, development, and regulation of the Florida Hemp Program and assists DOH with Medical Cannabis Edibles. After a 30-year career in entertainment banking and financial services, Bell consulted on cannabis business and banking issues in numerous states. In addition, Bell worked to help organize the Tennessee hemp industry. As a native of Indiana with family roots in northeast Florida, Bell earned a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.
