August 2026 | AI in M&A: Practical Uses, Process Design, and Deal Risk

Artificial intelligence is becoming a more common part of the M&A process, creating new opportunities to improve efficiency, organize information, and support deal teams. At the same time, the use of AI can introduce concerns related to accuracy, confidentiality, governance, and professional responsibility.

This webinar will explore practical ways AI can be used throughout the M&A lifecycle, including diligence, document review, financial analysis, drafting, contract comparison, issue spotting, and transaction management. The session will also examine the strengths and limitations of AI tools, along with common risks for buyers, sellers, and their advisors.

Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of where AI can provide value, where additional review and controls are needed, and how to introduce AI into deal workflows while maintaining appropriate human oversight and professional judgment.
