Robert Norrell is a 33-year veteran in asset management and disposition and valuations. He served 27 years in institutional loan/default servicing in REO management and disposition. He was the owner/partner of an independent asset management company and sole owner of a consulting and training company. Norrell managed a staff of 200-plus employees and a team of professionals who sold more than 350,000 REOs. He has personally inspected in excess of 200,000 assets, reviewed and reconciled in excess of 500,000 valuations.
