With 15 years’ experience in the mortgage industry and a specialization in post-default government product, Candace Russell manages post-sale activities for Carrington. Her responsibilities include property preservation, evictions, title, HOA, VPR, and risk/recovery. Russell  recently established a local leadership group for women and minorities in the mortgage industry. The group, “UR:Represented,” focuses on increasing practical skills for development, identifying opportunities unique to the industry, and creating a support network of goal-oriented peers.
