She started with Mr. Cooper (formerly Nationstar Mortgage) in 2004. She has vast servicing experience including acquisitions, service release, master audit, written communication, escrow, training, collections, loss mitigation, investor relations. She currently resides in Colleyville, Texas, with her seven-year-old daughter and her husband.
