Kris Zilberstein leads Padgett Law Group’s (PLG) docket related matters in bankruptcy also known as bankruptcy litigation, the practices’ national unit, and business purpose loans. Zilberstein’s specialties include generic bankruptcy filings, bankruptcy litigation including Chapter 11s, and creditor rights’ practice. Prior to joining PLG, she held operational leadership, attorney management, and senior attorney positions at two large national bankruptcy firms. She is continuing her Chapter 11 practice with PLG and is licensed to practice in California, Colorado, Nebraska, Texas, and Washington state. She is based out of the Dallas, Texas office.
