Eric Houser is the Founder and Managing Partner of Houser, LLP. Prior to founding the firm in 2001, he was employed with a national litigation firm and was named partner at another. Houser has obtained multi-million-dollar judgments in high-stakes litigation and successfully defended at trial a myriad of financial institutions. He has a state and national litigation practice specializing in consumer and commercial finance, loan servicing, title disputes, bankruptcy, and technology litigation. Houser has practiced law for over 35 years and is a frequent speaker at Bar Association events, Mortgage Bankers Association conferences, and Best Practices sessions.
