Chris Santana is responsible for directing the Default Operations of PennyMac's enterprise, including Loss Mitigation, HAF/HHF, Foreclosure Referral, Short Sale/DIL, SCRA and Servicing Litigation. He has worked closely with government and investor officials, as well as industry peers to help form and shape policies that impact our servicing industry. Prior to joining PennyMac in January 2012, Chris held various leadership positions with Bank of America and Countrywide Home Loans within the default organization. Chris holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
