Paul Johannsson is the President of O.L.A.F. Companies, with nearly two decades of progressive industry and management experience with concentrations in GSE, legal, and mortgage servicing. He has held leadership roles with Freddie Mac, McCarthy and Holthus, PHH Mortgage, and BSI Financial Services. Throughout his career, he and his teams have managed hundreds of thousands of defaulted mortgages’ legal processes. Johannsson is also a real estate broker, investor, and private money lender. He started a solo consulting firm, O.L.A.F., in 2017. The firm is now an umbrella of companies that specialize in asset management, pool purchase diligence, and more.
