Marcos Posada is the Managing Partner of the Midwest Litigation practice group at MRLP, overseeing litigation operations across Illinois, Kentucky, and Ohio. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has become a respected leader known for his strategic approach, client-focused counsel, and effective management of complex litigation matters.

With more than sixteen years of experience in financial-services litigation, Marcos has extensive knowledge of foreclosure disputes, title issues, evictions, code-enforcement matters, and contested litigation. He is recognized for his ability to assess risk, develop practical legal strategies, and guide clients through challenging situations with transparency and efficiency.

An active industry contributor, Marcos frequently speaks at conferences, webinars, and client training programs and has authored numerous publications on appellate decisions, property preservation, and compliance issues affecting lenders and servicers. In 2019, he was honored with the ALFN JPEG Award, recognizing emerging leaders in the default servicing industry.
