With over 20 years in leadership and 15 years in the Bankruptcy industry, Alicia is currently the Bankruptcy Manager at American Mortgage Investment Partners (AMIP). Prior to AMIP, she was the Senior Manager of Bankruptcy and Default Operations Oversight at Flagstar Bank. Her career has navigated all aspects of Bankruptcy in paralegal, operations, and Chapter 13 Trustee office capacities. Moving into mortgage servicing with JPMorgan Chase, she became the lead project manager for Bankruptcy Oversight, improving business processes across all areas of mortgage servicing. With additional experience in Middle Market Commercial Banking at JPMorgan Chase, Alicia has experience in large scale, international strategic process & transformation management while maintaining small-scale attention to detail. She is passionate about management and ways to improve managerial practices in the current professional climate, speaking and training on the topic as often as possible.
