Melisa Manganelli is a partner at Manganelli, Leider & Savio, P.A., representing mortgage lenders, servicers, and investors in matters involving creditors’ rights. Her practice focuses on residential and commercial foreclosures from case initiation through post-judgment, including loss mitigation efforts and appeals. Melisa has conducted numerous trials and evidentiary hearings across Florida’s circuit courts and presented oral arguments before the Second and Third District Courts of Appeal. She earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Florida, and the U.S. District Courts for New Jersey and Florida’s Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts.
