Joe Lara is the Founder of Find The X LLC and a leadership coach who helps leaders and teams build clarity, trust, and healthy culture. A former U.S. Navy cryptologist supporting Special Operations teams, he now works with organizations to strengthen leadership and alignment in complex environments. He also supports leadership and culture initiatives as a contractor with Simon Sinek’s Optimism Company. He holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University. Lara lives in North Dallas with his wife of 29 years, Kimberly, and their English Bulldog, Rudy.
