The AM&AA M&A Practice Series presents classes from the Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA) course. This special day and a half event will take place preceding the AM&AA Summer Conference: Connect 2021.

Instructors will cover topics including Private Capital Markets: How Deals Get Done, Strategic Buyer Process, and Investment Banking Structuring Techniques. Join industry experts as they lead the class through processes, tools, and marketing strategies to successfully build and grow an M&A business.
