Marc Heenan oversees the team that identifies and onboards loan origination partners. Heenan offers extensive experience in real estate, including his most recent position as First VP in OneWest Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group. His roles at OneWest have spanned sourcing originations in the bank’s bridge lending program and overseeing a portfolio of distressed legacy commercial real estate loans. Prior to OneWest Bank, Heenan co-founded a firm that invested in distressed commercial real estate loans and previously held positions at Kennedy-Wilson and Merrill Lynch.
