Trey Cummings is CEO and Managing Member of private equity firm CS Equites and property management company Omega Realty Group located in Birmingham, Alabama. He holds an Alabama Real Estate Broker’s License, specializes in foreclosure purchases and sales, and holds the Short-Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Designation. He currently owns and manages more than 1,000 rental units throughout the state of Alabama. Cummings received both undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and was previously employed for four years with a “big four” accounting firm.
