A life-long real estate professional, Jon Ortner bought his first rental property in his early 20s. He brings to the table diverse experience in all things real estate including finance, brokering, and property management. He spent 12 years at Renters Warehouse, one of the largest third-party property managers focused on single-family rentals, where he created the Portfolio Services Division, which catered to large institutional investor clients. Ortner currently is VP of Business Development for Inertia Decision Science with Picket Homes, a next-generation underwriting and acquisition platform for single-family rentals. Ortner is a contributor to and member of the Forbes Real Estate Council and a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
