Tiffany Fletcher oversees the operations support and risk management areas of VRM. An industry visionary, her understanding of the regulatory environment and her operational expertise enable Fletcher to identify potential compliance issues before they develop and to develop processes and systems to help ensure the timely resolution and remediation of internal and external business environment concerns. Prior to joining VRM, Fletcher served as SVP of Operations for Bank of America and VP of REO Sales for Fannie Mae, where she spent 15 years in various leadership roles.
