Megan Boyd is a Partner at McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, based in San Diego, California. She manages a wide variety of title issues and curative efforts, including reformation actions, clearing liens, government post-sale transactions, legal descriptions, boundary line adjustments, mechanic liens, UCCs, and priority disputes. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2016, Boyd was outside counsel for multiple national title insurance companies. She has also served on the Native American Lands Committee of the American Land Title Association and as a public speaker on conducting real estate transactions on Native American land.
