Justin Wenk serves as Temple View Capital’s SVP and Head of Asset Management and Servicing Oversight, with over 25 years of experience in mortgage asset management and loan servicing. He is responsible for leading branch operations and overseeing default servicing, sales management, loss mitigation, title curative, loan modifications, non-routine litigation, and compliance with federal and local regulations. Prior to joining the company in 2008, he held multiple senior leadership roles in mortgage banking, with responsibility for retail and wholesale loan originations, single-loan and portfolio acquisitions, purchase due diligence, valuation review, and loss mitigation strategies. With extensive experience working across both B2B and B2C platforms, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from West Virginia.
