• You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email. 
  • The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Tuesday, March 10 at 5:00 p.m. CT or until rooms sell out. The discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early.
  • Additional charges will apply for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests. 
  • All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
  • The hotel must receive cancellations at least (24) hours prior to arrival.
  • Reservations cancelled within (24) hours of arrival will result in a charge of (1) night room & tax.
  • 20% discounted hotel  daily valet 
  • Guests receive a 10% discount on services to Spa Adolphus with pre-scheduled appointments.
