You must register for the event before you can book a hotel. Further instructions on how to book housing will be included in your confirmation email.
You are allowed up to 2 guests per room. Each extra person sharing a room, above the standard double occupancy, will be charged an additional $20.00 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents.
At the time of booking, a first night's non-refundable deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
The hotel must receive cancellations or reservation changes at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the hotel.
Reservations cancelled on the day of arrival will result in a cancellation fee for the full length of stay.
Rates will remain in effect until April 18, 2022. However, please note that the discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to book your room early.
Hotel parking fees are $42 per night for valet. Self parking options are not available.
