The Default Servicer Certifications serve as a tool to enhance your knowledge and effectiveness in your role. Offered in tandem with the Legal League Spring Servicer Summit, Level I and Level II are offered as standalone classes independent from the Summit, or you can bundle registration and attend both the certification and the Summit! 

Level I gives a comprehensive understanding of the full default servicing process, understanding it from beginning to end.
Level II is comprised of two components, one focusing on regulations, policies and government agencies that impact servicers and the other focusing on complex issues requiring more specialized knowledge.
