• You must register for the event before you can book a hotel. Details on how to book will be included in your confirmation email.

 

  • You are allowed up to 2 guests per room, additional charges may apply for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests. 

 

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night’s room and tax charge. Your credit card will be charged upon booking. 

 

  • Cancellations or changes must be received by 6:00 pm CDT at least 72 hours prior to expected arrival, or a penalty equal to one night's room rate (per room reserved) will be charged to the booking credit card. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Hotel.

 

  • Reservations should be made prior to Monday, April 19, 2021. Please note that the discounted group block is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to book your room early!
