Eric Sloane is a Partner at Southfield Mezzanine Capital and joined the firm in 2011. He is responsible for originating, structuring, closing, and monitoring portfolio investments. Previously, he served as Chief Investment Officer for Investors Management Group (IMG), a real estate-focused private equity firm. Prior to IMG, he spent two years as Managing Director at PEMGROUP, where he established the corporate finance group. From 2001 to 2007, he served as Managing Director at Reedland Capital Partners and Antaeus Capital Corporation. He spent 10 years as Director of Countrywide Securities Corporation’s Institutional Sales Group, where he was involved in debt transactions with aggregate principal balances exceeding $40 billion. Sloane is on the Board of Governors for the Small Business Investor Alliance and previously served as their Western Regional President.
