Roger Schoenfeld is a Managing Director at Cross Keys Capital and joined the firm in 2002. He is head of Cross Keys’ Chicago office and primarily focuses on working with privately held companies in the Midwest and the Great Lakes area. He is a JD and CPA with over 30 years of legal, financial, and business operation experience in transactional settings. Prior to joining Cross Keys, Schoenfeld was the Operating Partner in a firm that purchased, consolidated, and operated specialty manufacturing companies located in the Chicago area.
