- You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email.
- The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Wednesday, February 28 or until rooms sell out. The discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early.
- Additional charges will apply for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests. For 3 guests, $25 + taxes per night. For 4 guests, $50 + taxes per night.
- At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
- The hotel must receive cancellations at least (48) hours prior to arrival.
- Reservations cancelled within (48) hours of arrival will result in a charge of (1) night room & tax.
- Hotel parking fees for overnight valet parking are $55 per day/vehicle.
- Guests receive a 20% discount on spa services at R&R Wellness with pre-scheduled appointments.
