• You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email. 
  • The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Monday, April 20 or until rooms sell out. The discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early.
  • At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
  • The hotel must receive cancellations at least (3) days prior to arrival.
  • Reservations cancelled within (3) days of arrival will result in a charge of (1) night room & tax.
  • Hotel Valet parking is $58 daily per vehicle.
