Dan Griffiths, formerly of Lume, and Garit Lawson of Forbes M&A will share perspectives from both sides of the deal table and unpack the transaction from preparation through closing and integration. The conversation will explore how Lume prepared for the transaction, what mattered most during the deal process, the challenges and decisions that emerged along the way, and what happened after the deal was signed.

Rather than discussing M&A in theory, this session will use a real transaction to examine the decisions, preparation, and execution that can ultimately shape a successful outcome.
