Spooky Transactions: Tales from the Deal Side is a candid panel discussion featuring seasoned M&A professionals who will share stories from transactions that almost fell apart—or did. From hauntingly close calls to deal dynamics that turned frightening, our panelists will reveal the lessons learned from the ghosts of deals past.

Expect insights, laughter, and maybe a few goosebumps as we pull back the curtain on real-life M&A missteps, recoveries, and red flags you should watch for.
