Bradley “Brad” McConnell is a Partner at Fluet and serves as the chair of the firm’s Corporate + Transactional Practice. With over 25 years of corporate practice, Mr. McConnell specializes in technology-focused companies and those involved in commercial and government contracting sectors. His expertise includes M+A, venture capital, company formation, debt financing, joint venture agreements, employment agreements, and more. Mr. McConnell's insights on emerging technology startups, venture financing, and initial public offerings enable him to guide growing companies through transactions while establishing a strong foundation for future growth. He previously practiced at Holland & Knight and DLA Piper, and co-founded a legal software as a service (SaaS) company. Mr. McConnell holds a juris doctorate from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Medieval and Renaissance History from Princeton University.
