The SoCal Commercial Real Estate Market

The sale of lower middle market companies, particularly in manufacturing, often include owner occupied real estate. This session will allow M&A advisors to learn about some of the opportunities and challenges when the owner wants to sell the building along with the business. The Southern California commercial real estate market also includes additional complexities in valuation, environment concerns and taxation. Attendees will hear from a panel of commercial real estate experts who bring current experience on both the seller and investor side. Enjoy networking, food, and refreshments with your fellow advisors before and after the panel discussion.
