Bryce Fendall brings over 30 years of real estate management experience, including mortgage servicing experience focused on REO, short sale, deed-in-lieu, property inspections and preservation, valuation, and hazard claims Management. Before Statebridge, he served as Managing Director of Asset Disposition for National Default Servicing and held titles at Wilshire Credit Corporation Merrill Lynch and IBM Seterus. An expert in the national real estate market, he has performed extensive onsite inspections of the most distressed markets in the United States. He holds a BS degree in business administration from George Fox University and served as the 2020 President of the Real Estate Owned Managers Association.
