Doug Perry currently serves as the Sales Director, Third-Party Originations for Temple View Capital, a national private money lender. Before this, Perry was Managing Director of Wholesale and Retail Sales for Citadel Mortgage Services. He has held senior leadership positions at 5 Arch, PennyMac, IndyMac, Countrywide Financial, and Privlo, a pioneer fintech non-QM start-up. He is a recognized mortgage finance industry expert featured on CNBC, CNN, and Fox News, as well as in USA Today and The Wall Street Journal. Perry has a BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
