Jim Gallagher has over 30 years' experience in the mortgage business. For the first 23, he held senior and executive-level positions in retail branch and call center management. Over the last seven years, he has focused exclusively on working with real estate investors across the country, helping them acquire and rehab properties and grow their rental portfolio. Gallagher is now a Business Development Director with Finance of America Commercial. As part of the Finance of America family of companies, Finance of America Commercial provides fix-and-flip loans, bridge, new construction, and single/portfolio rental loans to residential real estate investors across the country.
