O’Briant has nearly 25 years' valuation, real estate, and mortgage experience gained in a variety of roles from origination, capital markets, default, hard money, and loan acquisition. O’Briant has worked at companies such as Fannie Mae, Goldman Sachs, and NCMC and is a certified appraiser, real estate broker, real estate instructor, and MLO.
